The Aurum Release – Latin for Gold
Our Aurum Shiraz is an intense, vibrant wine that shines with complexity and elegance. Specific hand-picked quality fruit and French oak selection along with delicate winemaking has resulted in a beautifully defined wine of generous rich fruit purity and texture.
The Aurum has a layered complexity and is fruit driven with a soft lingering finish and will cellar for 10+ years from vintage.
Decanting is highly recommended.
